First, Beyond The Fireplace shall create solutions to the ever ending Homeless Social problem, sustained in the state of California. The Business reveals a start- up designated to exonerite Homelessness in the state of California through offered shelter, social and psychological services, as well as innovating the population back into mainstream society, whence all were once producers and contributors to the economy.

 

Second, Homelessness can be identified historically. However, even previously existed population social problems were solved, yet, once again many has been engulfed into lions on the streets, in Tents, without shelter including bot not limited to no access to Restrooms and Toility.

Third, this company shall be modeled after the 12 steps. For example, the first steps shall be experienced and known as follow:

  1. we admitted that we were Homeless and that our lives had become unmanageable.

  2. we come to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us with Homes

  3. we formed Homelessness over to the care of God as we understood Him

Fourth, creating this new venture while the economy and job market has a need to be satisfied, there’s no way this venture shall be unsuccessful, thus, a need to recover. Furthermore, the governor/mayor of California/Los Angeles are in agreement that Homelessness has become one of California’s major concerns.

Mission Statement

This company “Beyond The Fireplace” exists because a social problem of Homelessness has surpassed millions throughout the global continent. However, the existence of “Beyond the Fireplace” are answers to the questions of policy makers in California’s asking, How has so many become destructive in the law of men and women?

 

First, social problems within this population are not just not having shelter. Instead, underlying factors of mental health disorders, substance abuse dependencies, domestic victimization, illiteracy disadvantages, unemployment, no skills enabling these to enter the hard stuff- soft stuff) workforce, and just among the many, what William Jollos Wilson coined as The Underclass.

 

Consequently, as a sociologist and manager, my company will create lives. The issue shall become sense, the addicted shall become clean and sober, the domestic violence victims shall once again learn to trust, the underclass shall become a contribution to the economy and once again value upward mobility. Finally, the Incademic shall gain self- esteem through esteemable actions.
